almost there...
getting extremely over having no power. do any of you know what its like to go this long without power? it is horrible.
this morning we went to the playground and thats when i got cell signal! hallelujah!
and i had a message from robyn asking if i wanted to stay the night in mystic in an already paid for motel room because there is power down there.
so i packed my stuff and we went to starbucks to meet emma before we left and thats when i found out that the kids were coming home a day early from ethir dads and i needed to be there, so i couldn't go.
so i went shopping with emma (while robyn went to mystic alone), i got the twins presents, a hello kitty shirt and hello kitty colour your own back pack for rach and a phineas and ferb toy thing and a spongebob squarepants beanie for G. and i got a present for mother bear too.
got dropped home, took our car to get petrol and then went to starbucks to use the internet and i got to facetime with mum!
then i went home to wait for the kids so we could go to the martins for a couple of hours in their nice warm house.
while we were there i was about to go upstairs with the kids and the gas ran out for the generator so it went pitch blacka nd i had their three year old and she was crying and the other kids couldn't see anything, so i was standing there with six kids in the dark, calling out for someone to come and get us with a torch haha
then we went home to the igloo. x
