hello everybody!
so this morning after i did my monday morning housework i did washing. loads and loads and loads of washing. three of clothes, one of towels and two of sheets. it took forever.
and then when i was putting away G's underwear, i noticed, like i do everyday, at how full his underwear draw is. i usually just jam the stuff in there but today i decided to do some serious culling.
i took everything out, and my god. its like his undies and socks had babies, five hundred times over.
i have never seen so much underwear belonging to one person before let alone a six year old boy.
then once i put it all back in neatly i still had a pile left of odd socks. absolutely amazing.
so after that i put on my cheap and cute gym clothes and went to sign up for my free two week trial.
the gyms here are pretty similar to the ones back home. although they don't have the "towel" rule, which is kinda gross, especially after you use the sitting down pedelling machine after a sweaty, hairy old man.
speaking of old people.. it was pretty much just me and the oldies. considering it was 11 in the day on a monday my guess is everyone was at work and it was just the retirees and au pairs left with nothing to do but work out.
so i gymed it for about 2 hours, came home and yep thats right.. i did more washing.
had a shower and washed my hair, re-made all the beds with clean sheets, made tomorrows lunches, supervised homework when the kids got home, made dinner and then off to baseball.
harrison had practice and the twins had a game.. i was with the twins because they are younger and thei games are so freakin cute! little six year olds chasing the balls and stuff. some are really good though. like super good. like major league baseball good when they are older. its crazy.
and the i came home with matthew. we unpacked the grocerys and then the rest of the family came home and it was time for showers and bed.
i was going to go to the movies tonightinstead of yesterday, to see fast five, like yesterday, buttt lauren has to start early, so we are waiting. i am determined see this movie. eventually.
oh and i got mail from mumma bear today. and skyped briefly but i had baseball to attend to so i couldn't talk for long.
oh and karen told me tonight that everytime she says my name G corrects her and says "no mum, its dan-i-elle" because they pronounce it like dan-yell. like kirsty mears' mum always did. and so karen thought that he was just doing it because thats how it looks but i told her that he is the only one that actually says it the right way lol
