not exactly pleased..

hey!
well this morning i went to the hairdressers at 10 for a full head of foils.. and this is how it went.
got there, all is good, my hairdresser gave me a coffee and then asked me what colour foils i wanted, just blonde like usual, and then she started.
first difference - she didn't tell me her name, she didn't make conversation, she seemed very hostile i guess? which in australia has never happened before.
then i had my wash, took like 5 minutes, she didn't even massage my head when she conditioned.
then came the 'not exactly pleased' part...
so she drys my hair with the towel then starts blowdrying, and blowdrying and blowdrying... and being extremely particular.
so i start thinking, ah why is she wasting her time when she will have to straighten it anyway (i had mentioned earlier that i had curly hair, but NEVER wear it curly, most hairdressers pick up on this and straighten it for you) but no, not this one. she just blowdryed it to extremes.
so it was straight but with curly hair you have to either leave it curly to begin with or blowdry, and straighten, its a must. so when she said "okay all done" my heart sank because i looked like i had just had my hair done for an 80's cafe photoshoot or something. it was horrible.
i paid, $125 then $25 tip, which i probably shouldn't have considering she did a bad style and they had quoted me $95 a week before. not impressed.
and so i quickly went home to straighten it.
and you are most likey thinking 'blah blah stop whinging danielle', but when i go somewhere and pay them for their services i expect them to do a good job.
then i went to the book store and bought a book called royally crushed, went to kohls to switch a couple of bras i got (i didn't try them one because one, they arn't really bras, just bandeu type things and two, its too cold to get undressed) then to panera bread for lunch - brocolli soup, soooo good!
i came home, kids got home, we played, i made dinner and then they got ready for bed and i finished for the day.
oh and i brought my train ticket for saturday!
skyped with lauren about tomorrow.
skyped with mumma bear who was cleaning.
and then had a tim tam :)
so im going to watch greys anatomy now, i'm almost caught up to it on american tv.
