tuesday -
so this morning we went to the salt pond which is just a still version of the beach..
it was a slow start to the morning so we didn't get there until teh middle of the day when it was super hot and the biting flies were out. so we stayed there for a couple of hours and came home for lunch.
had "quiet time" for a good chunk of the afternoon and then harrison taught me to play chess! which i suck at.. for now ;)
then karen and skip went on date night so i stayed home with the kids and joanne (karens mum) and mark (karens brother) and we ordered pizza and had a picnic in the loungeroom while watching finding nemo..
oh and i finished my book!
then i gave the kids these flashing light things which they attached to teh front of their undies and then tied blankets around their necks as a cape, and flew around being 'super heroes' before bed haha
in put them to bed and then we played pictionary.. mark and i lost by an eighth of a second..
and thats about it. x
