tuesday.

hello!
so my excuse for this being late is because our internet was being super stupid on tuesday night and i couldn't use it.. hence, no blog.
anyway, on tuesday, my last working day before holidays, hurray! this is what i did -
the kids went to school and i half heartedly started to pack for seattle.
then at 11am i went to get my hair done, just the re growth but then he talked me into getting it cut, so i did. nothing drastic, pretty much just the ends.
so i came home and tried again to get the packing situation under control, failed.
then i decided to take my nail polish off (i had painted them electric blue) and i forgot to put a base coat down, so when i took the colour off it stained my freaking nails! blue!
i tried soaking them, scrubbing them, using nail polish remover over and over and nothing worked so i went to the store and brought a lemon to stick my fingertips into. that also failed.
so i ended up doing one part bleach with ten parts water and scrubbing them with my old toothbrush - lucky i replaced it when i did hey?
and it worked! so i didnt look like i had a disease anymore.
i posted some things for karen, dropped a book off at the library and then the kids came home.
after dinner i was finished and by this time i really did have to pack properly.
when i come home to australia, i dont know how i am going to bring everything back - i packed half my going home weight with me to seattle for two weeks!
50 whole pounds.. which is 23 kilos.
then i went to bed pretty early so i was nice and fresh for holidays!
