seattle city!

hello everyone!
today i went into the city! all by myself.. so yes, i was a loner, but it was fun anyway.
i had to get up at 8am (shudder) to get ready and then dave dropped me off at the underground tour - there was a huge fire in old seattle and instead of demolishing and building again they just built straight over the top of it, parts that weren't burnt you can do a tour through, so i did.
it was really interesting actually, and the tour guide lady was hilarious.
so after that (she gave me a super helpful map so i wouldn't get lost) i walked up to the 'pike place markets' which are indoor/outdoor markets, with food, seafood and gifty thing parts.
at one of the seafood stalls the guys would sing this song while they threw back fish/whatever other seafood the customer wanted to buy and then they would package it and throw it back. and i was right near one fish they were just throwing for fun and i got some fish juice splattered on my face. gross.
so then i went and brought some dried fruit - the guy was really nice and let me try everything before i chose, and i couldnt, so i got four bags for $10 - apple, banana, rockmelon and strawberries. they are soooo yum.
oh and i got a seattle magnet and shot glass to add to my collection.
then i had lunch at 'the crumpet shop' and walked up to the space needle.
went to the top, took heaps of photos, along with selfies because i had no friends to take them for me :(
caught the bus home - a nice little chinese lady helped me find thr right ones because i had to switch buses.
had surf and turf for dinner, and ate my frist ever crab! scrumptious.
talked to mother bear and now i might just watch a movie.
