hey!
well today is presidents day so no school for the kids. although they have been at their dads all weekend so he didn't drop them back until lunch time today, so i got a third sleep in! when i did wake up i read my book - i am half way through and it is getting better by the page - had breakfast, packed up my things and then went home at 1pm.
had lunch with the kids, then we went outside and played capture the flag, except playing with five people and not 35 people (a class) is a whole lot harder, so then we switched to soccer and then one by one the kids dropped out and went inside until it was just matty and i left so we taught each other how to play american and aussie footy. and he is looking to be a future quarter back - has quite an arm for an eight year old.
then their grandma came oer for a visit so we sat and had cake and tea, then she left and the kids and i watched 'daddy day care'..
then i got them all showered, we had french toast for dinner, i showered and then came back to laurens.
now i am watching gossip girl.
