yale!

hello again..
well when we woke up, we had breakfast and got ready and then drove to yale university!
which is new haven, about an hour and a half south of where we live.
and it is gorgeous! i like it better then harvard.
it is so pretty, and big, and hot guys are lazing around, and its just fabulous.
we did a tour which was really actually quite interesting.
and we saw the dog 'handsome dan' from gilmore girls.
oh and did i mention how beautiful a day it was today?! 28 degrees, not a cloud in the sky.
we wore shorts and singlets and lapped up every single second of it.
because after tomorrow its all down hill... kill me.
so after the tour we went to the gift store, i got a yale shot glass for my collection, we shopped - i did not buy one single thing, and you should be proud because there was a 50% off items that were already on sale to begin with, in american outfitter.
did i tell you about my $50 a week limit? well every thursday when i am paid i take out $50 cash and that is all i am allowing myself to spend, because otherwise i wont be able to do any travel in my thirteeth month, which i would much rather do then buy clothes.
and i still have $15 left this week. yay!
then we left, i slept the whole way home, we got caught in the biggest traffic jam ever on the highway about 5 miles before our exit, so what should have taken 3 minutes took about 30.
now i am home, unpacking, and going to shower, have some soup, and sleep off this cold.
